Why no glamour roles - Padmapriya very upset!!

Padmapriya is going to take her first steps into Bollywood soon. ‘Thavamai Thavamirundhu’, ‘Pattiyal’,'Satham podathey’ are padmapriya’s tamil movies.

She is going to act in a hindi movie directed by Chandan Arora. The subject of this movie is heroine oriented. She plays a character who works in a bar in this movie. Boys fame Siddharth plays the hero.

While discussing about the movie she says “People as me why I did not do glamour roles in tamil movies? I used to wear only glamour clothes when I did my modelling in delhi. Now also I wear modern clothes, but the offer I get in tamil is only for family oriented girl role. They think that I will not suit a young girl’s glamour role. I am upset with this. I am an young actress. I can also act in a glamour role. They expect me to act the same kind of roles as my first movie.

Padmapriya is awaiting the release of her Malayalam movie Nalu Pennugal, directed by Adoor Gopalakrishnan.
