Vimala finds success in Malayalam films
Former Miss Australia Vimala failed to get the expected boost from veteran director K. Balachander’s film Poi. But now, she has become very popular in Malayalam cinema.
The credit for this goes to Shaji Kailash’s hit film Time, after which Vimala has been offered several roles. Her recent release is Pranayakalam opposite Udhay Anand and Sooryan with Jayaram is to be released soon. She is currently shooting for Kolkata News with Dileep and for two more untitled ventures.
