Varanam Aayiram reels go missing!!

Vaaranam Ayiram is the movie directed by Goutham Menon with Surya, Sameera Reddy and Divya in the lead roles and produced by Oscar Films, V.Ravichandran.

Currently the shooting on the movie is happen in the United States of America (USA). For the past one month the shooting has been happening in various cities in the USA. When 20% of the shooting was complete, director Gautham menon decided to send the reels to Chennai. Two of the production managers were assigned the task of bringing the reels to chennai, India. The production managers stayed in Singapore for a couple of days and then came back to Chennai.

Shock was there first reaction when they found the reels missing!!. This was reported to the airport authorities. The production manager claimed that the reels must have got lost in the hotel they stayed in Singapore, but the search by the police in the hotel was not frutiful. The whole crew of Varanam Ayiram was in a fix as the reels consisted of various fight scenes, Songs and other scenes which would amount to upto Rs. 2 crores.

Finally the reels were with the Singapore airport authorities and they sent it to Chennai. The whole crew gave a collective sigh of relief!!
