Thangamana Satyaraj!!
After the success of ‘Periyar’ movie Sathyaraj wants to serious roles. He is avoiding commedy roles and is doing such roles only to the already committed movies.
He is now shooting for ‘Thangam’ produced by Sri Movie Makers in pondicherry. There a huge set of 50 feet tall fort and 10 head Ravana have been set up for a village festival scene for the movie. Fights scenes with the villian and Satyaraj were filmed on this set. These scenes were filmed for 7 days and thousands of junior artistes too part in these scenes.
Sathyaraj in this movie, plays an influential man in a village, who commands great respect for his good deeds. He is married by a young woman and the travails that he undergoes after the marriage forms the crux
