‘Super Star’ Rajnikanth Watches Thottal Poo Malarum
‘Super Star’ Rajnikanth watched a special screening of P Vasu’s Thottal Poo Malarum at AVM Theatre Chennai.
Rajinikanth and P.Vasu’s relationship can be traced way back to Mannan. Their joint ventures were a sure hit, for which Mannan, Uzhaipali and the recent Chandramukhi bear testimony.
When P.Vasu decided to launch his son, Shakthi, it was natural for the superstar to grace the movie launch function with is presence. Moreover, Rajini was also present at the recent audio release function.
P Vasu’s son Sakthi is making his debut as hero with the movie. Gauri Munjal plays the heroine and the movie has music by Yuvanshankar Raja. Rajnikanth watched the special screening and heaped laurels on Sakthi.
And when the final copy of the film was released, Rajini was more than happy to see it. Thottal Poo Malarum was specially screened for the superstar at the Four Frames Theatre yesterday. Rajini after watching the movie said, “I was very nervous when I was invited. Even more nervous than my own film. I was wondering what to tell Vasu if the movie did not meet my expectations. But the movie has come out superbly and Shakthi performance is excellent.”
Sakthi has already acted in a super duper hit film but it happened when he was a school boy. And if you could not identify him still, he acted in the film Chinna Thambi as Prabhu junior.
