Reliances vegetable store in Ranchi
Reliance’s vegetable store (Reliance Fresh) in Ranchi has been attacked by members of a local vegetable vendors association. The vendors alleged that the store has eaten into their business.
Currently, there are four Reliance stores in the city and four more such stores are to open soon. Reliance Fresh is the company’s brand for neighbourhood fresh-food stores.
It has also plans to introduce a pan-India network of retail outlets in multiple formats. Reliance’s retail project is claimed to boast of a seamless supply chain infrastructure.
