Rajinikanth the Super Star of Tamil, Indian Cinema, always sets himself as the best example for many good things. After MGR, Rajinikanth is the first thespian who has restarted the trend of free marriages for the poor and aid for the needy people throughout the state. Rajinikanth’s Mandrams (fan clubs) even now help a lot of poor students and helpless people without making a fuss about it.
Now the big news about Rajinikanth is that the superstar has donated free land, each measuring the equivalent of 1.5 football grounds at Kelambakkam to all his employees in honour of their services to him. These pieces of land are located very close to his farm house which is spread over 5 acres. Rajinikanth has distributed nearly 25 grounds to them and it costs a few crore rupees in that fast growing area.
When we contacted Ragavendra Kalyana Mandapam, the head quarters of Rajinikanth fan club and the office of the superstar, they replied, ‘this is a very old news. Rajinikanth distributes land to his employees every year. Thalaivar always treats his employees with respect and gives them good remuneration. Nobody can raise a complaint about his payroll system. Good salary, proper shelter and education are the three prime aspects of life he has always emphasized on us. It is our fortune that he provides all these three for his every employee…’
