Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan, very good friends and finest actors in the industry, met up at AVM studios.

Rajinikanth is working in Sivaji while Kamal is fully engrossed in Dasavatharam.

Shooting of Sivaji was getting wrapped up a couple of days ago in A V M studios. For a song sequence, superstar was spotted appearing like M.G.R. and Sivaji. As the film is getting simultaneously filmed in Telugu also, Rajinikanth had turned up as N.T.R. and Chiranjeevi and the shot was canned with smooth perfection.

After the completion of his scenes, when he was coming out, Rajinikanth found the adjacent sets to be crowded with cars and junior artists. Rajini came to know that it was Kamalâ€™s Dasavatharam which was progressing, he went to the sets to have a glimpse of whatâ€™s going on. When he realized Kamal on hearing about his bosom buddyâ€™s arrival at the sets, rushed to welcome him.

Rajini who has high regard for Kamal went over to meet him. Kamal who also cherished his association with Rajini hugged and welcomed him. The two immediately went to the shooting caravan and were closeted there.

It is said that Kamal showed some photos of his in Dasavatharam to Rajini. Rajini, seeing Kamal’s make-up, was impressed with it and immediately praised Kamal. He in fact expressed a happy surprise at Kamalâ€™s make-up and wondered whether it was him in some of the photos.

Rajini wished Kamal for the success in Dasavatharam and later left the floor. The humility and spontaneous warmth of the two superstars of the industry is indeed the talking point.
