Raghuvaran as Abdul Kalam

Raghuvaran as Abdul Kalam

Raguvaran is a multi-faceted actor, who has done varied roles on screen. Having won acclaims for his performance, the actor chose to take a break from acting.

Soon he was back to do what he knows the best. He donned the grease paint for director Karu Pazhaniappan’s Sivapathikaram. He followed it up with a brief role in Rajnikanth’s Sivaji.

Among several films that he is currently acting, Raghuvaran is eagerly awaiting the release of Thodakam. He plays the President of India in the movie and has donned a makeup quite similar to A P J Abdul Kalam.

“I was moved to appear as Abdul Kalam. I consider it as an honor. It is one of the best roles that I have ever done”.

  1. Its a good thought. Raghuvaran is a very good actor, unfortunately none of the directors have utilised 100% of his strngth. To act as Abdul Kalam, I am sure he will be the right person for this theme.

I wish him all the best.

  2. Nice Post:)
Here is one more story of an old President
