Printing and publishing expo in Chennai
A three-day international exhibition on trends and practices in printing and publishing industry will be held here from September 4-6.
IfraExpo India 2007 will showcase offerings of world’s top suppliers to the media industry, R V Rajan, Managing Director, Ifra India, said today.
“This is the first time IrfaExpo is being held outside Europe, which is a recognition of India’s market potential and media boom,” he said.
Adobe, Cerutti S.p.a, Fuji Photo Film, Kodak and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are some of the suppliers who are participating in the exhibition at the Chennai Trade Centre.
A simultaneous conference would also be held, featuring some of the big names of the publishing and media industry.
Other attractions include a future newsroom, Newsplex and an exhibition on the 400 year-old printing history.
