Polladhavan - geared up for diwali
Dhanush’s Polladhavan is all set to entertain the viewers this deepavali. Directed by Vettrimaran, Dhanush’s Polladhavan has Kuthu fame Divya (she was Ramya then) in the female lead.
G.V.Prakash(A R Rahman’s nephew) has come up with half-a-dozen peppy songs for the movie. Yengayum Eppodhum, the evergreen hit number rendered by S.P. Balasubramaniam, is remixed for ‘Polladhavan’. Popular rap singer Yogi B, a household name in Malaysia, has remixed the song and appears on screen with Dhanush.
Yogi B has composed the remix song “Engeyum Eppothum” in ‘Polladhavan’ and rendered it in the company of SP Balasubramaniam. The phenomenal success of the song has brought with it several offers to him. Now Yogi B is singing for more movies in Tamil.
The movie is about a boy nextdoor with dreams and aspirations to come up in life. The problems that he encounter in realising his mission is the story of the movie.
