Padmapriyas problems in Mirugam
The shooting of Padampriya’s film Mirugam is underway in Madurai. Directed by Samy, the film is based on a true story.
But the shooting of the film came to a standstill due to some issues when the lead actress refused to shoot a particular scene.
According to Padmapriya, her character is not a glamourous one, but realistic and as important as the hero’s. It was on the condition that her character will not be trivialized that she had signed the film.
She claims that the director wanted her to do a sensual dance number for the film. This was completely unacceptable to her, as it went against the terms of her contract. So she refused to shoot.
But later, the director agreed to change the dance movements and shooting has since resumed.

some one has to get this into padma priya’s mind,,,,,,,,,evn if she wants to do a sexy number(like wat she in pattiyal)its not gonna help the movie much,,,,,,poor samy does nt know the fact that she is an aunt,,,,,nd wont fit into such roles!!!
