Nostalgic treat - Vellithirai Audio Launch
Nostalgia was the feeling that all the celebrities and audience present felt in the audio launch of the movie Vellithirai. The music launch was based on the theme of the history of Tamil cinema.
In the audio launch Prakash Raj came up with the idea to honor musical legends M.S Viswanathan and T.K Ramamurthy who has composed for over 1700 films from 50’s to early 80’s. The music was released by Malayalam actor Mohanlal, in the presence of these veterans. The Vellithirai crew members did not speak anything about the films music, and not even a song or clipping was shown from the film. The show was compered by Swarnamalya.
Vellitherai is produced by Moser Baer, Duet movies and Mirchi movies. Directed by Viji, the cast includes Prakash Raj, Prithviraj, Gopika and Lakshmi Rai. The music is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar.
