Kamal participates in Vijays Pokiri film function
The Velli Vizha function, celebrating 175 days of ‘Pokiri’ is to be held at Nehru Indoor stadium on a grand scale tomorrow. Kamal Hassan will present the shields to the artistes & technicians.
‘Pokiri’ featuring Vijay & Asin, directed by Prabhudeva was a mega hit in Tamilnadu. Rumour has it that the film brought in around 30 crores. This film has crossed 175 days in a Chennai Theatre.
K.Balachander will be the chief guest. Apart from the speeches, the ‘Pokiri’ function will also present song & dance programmes – Srikanth Deva’s music kutcheri will be followed by dance – Malavika, Namitha, Kiran, Chaya Singh…
‘Madhuram’, a music album by Vijay’s mother Shoba Chandrashekar will also be released at this function. Be present at Nehru stadium to enjoy a good show tomorrow!
