Jet Airways India Ltd announces the introduction of its first flight from Chennai to Toronto, via its hub in Brussels. This follows the induction of a brand new Airbus 330-200 aircraft into the the Company’s fleet, which will be used to operate these flights.

Effective October 28th until December 04, 2007, the Company will offer four times a week service - on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

To launch this service, the company will use a brand new Airbus 330-200 aircraft, which will carry its passengers in a two-class layout and offers high levels of luxury, privacy and comfort.

The company’s flight 9W 226 (Chennai-Toronto) will depart Chennai International Airport at 1.15 a.m. and reach Brussels at 7.15 a.m.

Flight 9W 226 will then depart Brussels at 9.15 a.m. and reach Toronto’s Pearson International Airport at 12.55 p.m., allowing Chennai passengers a seamless connection to New York and Toronto.

For a limited time only, the Company is offering a special inaugural Economy return fare of Rs 36,000/- plus taxes. Premiere class return fares start from Rs 1,57,500/- plus taxes.
