Ettappan starts rolling
 
Navya and Srikanth are playing the lead roles in the movie titled ‘Ettappan’. Srikanth plays a rowdy and Navya can be seen as a Brahmin girl in the film. The pooja for the the film was carried out on October 20th. The film will be shot in and around Chennai and Ootty. The movie is directed by Maheshwaran.
Other than Ettappan Srikanth has Poo directed by Sasi lined up for shooting. Navya has Madhavan starrer ‘Vallamai’. Debutant Madhumita is directing the film.
According to sources, Ettappan is a remake of Kannada movie Buddhivantha, which is currently on floors. Buddhivantha, which has Kananda top hero Upendra in the lead role is a story of a protagonist with lot of negative shades.
