Daisy trouble - Director unhappy
It was like comming out of a real Chakra viyugam for director Udayabhanu Maheshwaran by the time he finished his movie titled Chakravuyaham. Cameraman turned hero Nataraj plays the lead tole along with Daisy Bhopanna.
The director Udaya Bhanu Maheswaran of ‘Naalai’ fame at a press conference in chennai listed out the trouble they had with Daisy Bhopanna the heroine of the movie during the making of the film. She threw tantrums everyday during the shoot, change of costume took her hours while rest of the unit waited patiently, she wanted business class tickets for herself and her family in a particular upmarket airline is some of the complaints listed against her by the director. She also was constantly on phone with her boyfriend and this delayed shooting many times. She also delayed their shoot and the director incurred heavy losses during the shoot in Howrah Bridge in Kolkotta. As a result of all these, the film has been delayed by three months. He warns other producers from casting her in their projects.
Udaya Bhanu who is currently directing Chakraviyugam, has registered a formal complaint with Tamil Film Produers Council and Artistes Association against Daisy for her “non co-operationâ€.
It can be recalled that Daisy Bhopanna gave hell to director Priyadarsan during the making of her debut film Garam Masala.
