Ameer yet to be settled his dues for Paruthiveeran
Paruthiveeran has been declared a hit and is marching towards the 100 day mark. But unfortunately the compensation that was finalized for director Ameer is yet to be settled. During the release of the film, there was a problem between producer Gnanavel Raja and director Ameer which was solved amicably with the intervention of the producer’s council which stated that the remaining dues for the director will be settled during the second stage release of the film.
These discussions were held with Sivasakthi Pandian chairing the talks but he has reportedly not helped Ameer get back his dues.
Yesterday a heated discussion regarding the same issue was held between Ameer and Sivasakthi Pandian during the meeting at the Producer’s council as a result of which an emergency council meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. If some agreeable solution is not reached at the EC meeting, the affected parties may seek legal aid.
