300 days completed for Paruthiveeran
It is indeed a great achievement for debutant Karthi. His first movie Paruthiveeran directed by Ameer has fulfilled the dream run of 300 days in Chennai City. The film is continuously running in Matinee show at Baby Albert and the way it is running, it seems it may complete 365 days! Director Ameer received applause and praises from audiences and his film industry. Produced by Team Work Production, Paruthi Veeran has been drawing audiences for months now.
The movie has made it to international film festivals, which made others notice Kollywood. Actor Karthi who is the yonger brother of hearttrob Surya is currently acting in Selvaraagavan’s Ayirathil Oruvan and signed one more project with Lingusamy. Selvaraghavan has already completed the first schedule of the film Aayirathil Oruvan. The second schedule will be shot in the Rajastan. Priya Mani,has had two hit movies this year - Paruthi Veeran and Malaikottai. She won several awards for her performance in Paruthi Veeran and was a chief guest at the inauguration of the IFFI in Goa. Her next project in Tamil is Thotta, where she is cast opposite Jeevan.
