Vijayalakshmi in search of good roles
Actress Vijayalakshmi who shot to fame with ‘Chennai 600028’ and ‘Anjathey’ is now looking for different kind of roles to add solid foundation in her career. This young actress knows that doing a similar kind of role has the risk of people typecasting her. She is trying to find varied roles in this competitive industry.
Vijaylakshmi has been getting a couple of offers from Tamil and even Malayalam Industry but the actress feels that they are not good enough. She does not want to keep doing the girl next door role and wants to act in more spontaneous roles. However the actress isn’t very open to donning glamorous roles. Neither has she any mind to do a film with all wannabes. She only likes to work with established names in the industry.
This could land the young actress in difficulty in getting roles, but Vijaylakshmi is in no hurry and is willing to wait.
