The Padugar Community which lives in Ooty is spread out widely in Tamilnadu. The Padugar people live densely in the places like Kovai, Thiruppur, and Bangalore etc. Now they are a creating a film totally in the Padugar Language named as “Hosa Mungaru”. Hosa Mungaru means as “Pudhu Vasantham”. Hosa Mungaru film is directed by R.Vetrivelan, who belongs to this community. He is creating this Hosa Mungaru film to explain the specialties of this community.

They have plans to release “Hosa Mungaru” film without translations in any language. As we know, Hosa Mungaruhow Tamil and Malayalam are more or less similar to each other, similarly the Padugar language and Kannada language have similarities with each other. Therefore on the same day of release in Tamilnadu, the film is to be released in Bangalore and Mysore also. Vetri has also acted in a very important role in the film.

Jack Russey, who was introduced in “Karka Kasadara” as a Villain, plays a very important role in this film “Hosa Mangaru”. He is an NRI living in America. He had to often fly between America and India. During his travels, he made many helps for the unit in the aspects of Camera, Lights etc.
