Suriya to play four Avathaarams for Vaaranam Ayiram
Suriya will play 4 different roles in his new film Vaaranam Ayiram, a film which will be directed by director Gautam Vasudeva Menon. The film is being shot at various locations. The director plans to release the movie in August. After Khaakha Khaakha, this is Gautam and Suriya’s next film together. A larger portion of the movies shooting will take place in Afghanisthan.
The film will have a mix of both action and romance. His female costars in the film will be Kuthu fame Ramya and actress Genelia. The four roles that Suriya will be playing will be those of father, son, navy commando and a tough villain. He will be the next to take up acting in different avathaarams after Kamal Hassan and Namitha. The songs for the film have been composed by Harris Jayaraj and the camera will be handled by RD Rajashekar.
