Actress Bobbilona brother held in abduction case
Brother of Kollywood actress Bobilona and three other persons at Valasaravakkan, were arrested on the charge of abducting a friend of a singer due to personal enmity. Police said they were on the look out for the actor’s another brother, who was part of the gang that kidnapped Sheldon, friend of Newton, running a light music troupe.
Sheldon, a call centre employee, was returning home along with Newton after performing a show, when they were waylaid by the gang near Alandur. The gang members robbed them of their personal belongings and abducted Sheldon in a car but they released him later in the evening.
