Slow and steady!
Â
Tall, handsome hero Jeevan is the fastest rising star in Kollywood. His career graph in the last four years has been slow but steady, and with each release, he has gone one step up the ladder.
Imagine a Kollywood hero doing only four films- University, Kaakha-Kaakha,Tirutu Payale, Naan Avanillai in the last five years! Well that is Jeevan, the guy who has tremendous confidence in himself, and is patience personified.
Remember that he is not in the rat race to sign up any number of films nor is he there to make a fast buck. Jeevan understands the pulls and pressures of commercial cinema better than any other upcoming hero. He is extremely choosy about the film he does, and for him it is the subject that matters and not the heroism in it.
He was one actor who had the guts to say a polite `No` to Gautham Menon when he remade Kaakha Kaakha into Telugu. And now after Naan Avanillai turning out to be a hit, Jeevan is busy with Machakaran another exciting project which has a script that will play up to his strengths.
And last week Jeevan got hurt while attempting to do a risky action scene for Machakaran. His left wrist (see pic) and right leg were badly hurt and is on bandage but the cool guy that he is, Jeevan remains unperturbed and is continuing with the shooting.
